As a result of operational measures and investigative actions, based on the Court decision, officers of Vake-Saburtalo Police Main Division of Tbilisi Police Department under the Ministry of Internal Affairs, arrested N.D., born in 1982, on charges of assaulting a public servant while performing official duties.
The committed crime envisions from 4 to 7 years of imprisonment.
The investigation established that on June 9 of the current year, the defendant disobeyed the court officers at Tbilisi City Court and physically assaulted one of them.
As a result of investigative actions conducted into the case, law enforcement officers arrested N.D.
The investigation is in progress under Article 353, III part of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
